This privacy policy page provides for the ways Selena Beach Front Loft processes and uses the personal data it collects from our guests. We comply with the general data protection regulation 2018 (GDPR), as implemented into the Greek legal system (by legal act 4624/2019).
The controller of the personal data of our guests is Kamel Horizons Single Member PC, VAT no. 802357717, GEMI no.174943250000, National Road, 74055 Episkopi, Rethymno, Greece. When we mention, “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy policy, we are referring to Kamel Horizons.
This privacy policy serves the purpose of informing our guests about their rights when they choose to stay in our premises and share their personal data with us. When you make a reservation with us you provide some data that can be used to directly or indirectly identify your identity. This data is considered personal. We only use the personal data that is essential to provide our services in the highest quality possible. Your data is used by us proportionately and in compliance with the above said legislation.
Selena Beach Front Loft and Kamel Horizons use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To welcome you as a guest
- To manage your booking
- To manage the payment facilitation
- To manage your stay
- To manage the relationship with our guests after your visit
The personal data that is used by us or may be used by us for the said purposes contains:
- Guest's identity and address details
- Guest's communication details
- Guest's payment details and information
We ensure that are always aware of how to use your personal data. We will only share your personal information with the relevant public, law enforcement and governmental authorities as and if required by law. We never share any personal data of our guests with any natural or legal entity from non-EU-EEA counties.

We retain the personal data we collect on the course of our business activity for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it is collected, unless otherwise provided by law.
